A plein air nocturne created during the 2019 Central City Plein Air event. The quiet streets and spooky feel of this building captured my attention. I will never forget that I forgot my headlamp and had to paint this holding the flashlight on my iPhone in one hand as I painted with the other. Needless to say the chill and low battery life made for fast painting!
